How do I add age verification to my website?

What happens when someone fails to pass the age verification check?
To protect the age and identity of minors, we do not indicate if someone has failed to pass an age verification check. Age verification sessions are only closed out if they expire or were successfully completed. Age verification sessions may be left to expire for reasons including, but not limited to:
- The user chose not to complete verification
- Mistyped or incorrect information was provided
- Outdated personal details
- Regional service limitations
- Carrier or credit card provider restrictions
- Security risks
- Vendor outages
How long are age verification links valid for?
All verification links are valid for 24 hours or until a verification has been successfully completed. In rare cases, they might expire early for technical or security reasons.
How long are credits valid for?
Credits that were added to your account by either subscription or a one time credit package purchase are valid two years from the date of purchase.
How do I see how many credits are on my account?
You can view your credits on the Account page, which can be found through the top right navigation menu.
How do I add credits to my account?
In the navigation menu on your dashboard, you can click the Add Credits link to browse and purchase a credits package that fits your needs.
How do I change my subscription?
On your dashboard, click the navigation menu in the top right corner and go to the Billing & Subscriptions page to upgrade or downgrade your subscription. Upgrades are prorated and credits are immediately added to your account. Downgrades are applied at the end of your billing period.
What happens to my credits after I cancel my subscription?
After your subscription is canceled, you can continue to use the remaining credits in your account until they expire.
How do I cancel my subscription?
We are sorry to see you go! However we believe in making the process simple when you need to change or end your subscription. On your dashboard, click the navigation menu in the top right corner and go to the Billing & Subscriptions page to modify or cancel your subscription.
